     A self-made personality who has gone through the ladders of both professional and educational leadership careers.  
     He holds a Grade II Teachers’ Certificate, Grade III Teachers’ Certificate, Diploma in MDD, Diploma in Education, Bachelors’ Degree in Arts Education, Master’s Degree in Education Management and Leadership and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management.

Professional Career, Dr. Lusambu has been a classroom teacher, Deputy Headteacher, Headteacher, District Education Officer and currently a retired Assistant Commissioner Primary Education at the Ministry of Education and Sports, Uganda.

Work experience 
     Nkokonjeru Primary School, Kansaga Primary School, St. Peter’s  Nsambya Primary School, Mpigi District Headquarters,  Ministry of Education & Sports Headquarters. At the Ministry, I have been the Coordinator for Ministry and UNICEF.
